Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the item in its original box with all included accessories and manuals, ensuring the device is securely padded for transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, affix it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
