AC contactors are an indispensable part of modern industrial controls and provide a reliable solution for electrical automation control. The AC contactor CJX1 has a direct acting double separator point structure with three pairs of normally open contacts as well as two normally open contacts and two normally open auxiliary contacts. The contact carrier part and the anchor are connected by elastic locks, avoiding weak connections. On the contact holder or arc extinguishing cover there is a test actuation lever, which is suitable for manual operation and serves as an action indicator. The contactor ≤ 22 A does not have an arc extinguishing and arc insulation plate, and the contactor ≥ 32 A has a plastic plate arc extinguishing cover and is equipped with a metal arc insulation plate. The contact material is made of silver alloy with high sweat and corrosion resistance. The wiring screws feature new self-rising screws, and the tile shaped pads and screw parts instantly save labor hours on wiring. All product series can be mounted with screws, and products with IE≤32A can also be attached with quickly embedded guide rails. The contactor should be able to reliably close in the range of 85% to 110% (hot state) of the rated voltage of the power supply, and the tripping voltage should be in the range of 20% to 75%.
