With the screw-in immersion sleeve, the temperature sensor is brought into thermal contact with the medium to be measured, without the sensor itself having direct contact with the medium. The sensor is securely attached by a side fixing screw, which ensures constant measuring conditions. In case of service, the temperature sensor can be easily and safely replaced without having to drain the medium, for example. Compatibility with G1/2 female thread: the R 1/2 inch male thread can be easily screwed into a G1/2 female thread. Standardised screw thread R 1/2 inch: the conical male thread R 1/2 inch can be screwed directly and reliably into a cylindrical G1/2 female thread. Thanks to the mechanical connection, the combination seals over the thread flanks. Ribbed thread: thanks to the ribbed structure, the sealing material is better distributed and fixed when tightening the thread, which ensures a more reliable seal. In addition, the additional surface structure increases the mechanical anchoring of the sealing material, which significantly reduces the risk of leaks even under pressure or vibration. Brass - nickel-plated: brass as a base material offers a high thermal conductivity. The nickel plated finish provides additional protection against corrosion, thus extending the service life.
