Supply voltage: 5 V. This is the NE555+4017 application circuit. The NE555 forms a multivibrator. The pulse vibration signal is transmitted via the 3rd Pin of the NE555 output to count the CD4017. The CD4017 emits a high level of Q0-Q4 alternately with the input pulse signal and illuminates the corresponding LEDs. These LEDs are arranged in a circle to create the effect of running lights. When CD017 counts to 10, the transmitting end CO changes from low to high to drive transistor Q1-04 to turn on, causing the LEDs to light up in the four corners. After the next pulse arrives, the CO end returns to a low level and the LEDs in the four corners go out and so on.
