• Minibox Big 2:1 Shrink Hose Assortment: Ideal solution for businesses and professionals. Perfect for large-scale projects and intensive use in industrial environments. Cross sections from 1.2 mm to 25.4 mm. Roll length from 5 to 20 metres with 5% tolerance. Shrinks to 2 times the nominal diameter. Radiation-crosslinked polyolefin FACTORY PRICE. Colours: Black Red / Blue / Yellow / Green / Brown / White / Purple / Orange / Transparent / Grounding.
• Waterproof and protection: provides excellent protection against moisture, dust and corrosion after heating and shrinking. Perfect for insulating and protecting electrical cables, wrapping objects tightly even in humid environments and outdoors. Note: for diameters from 1.2 mm to 6.4 mm, the cross section is round, while for diameters from 9.5 mm to 50 mm, the cross section is flat.
• Certifications and resistance: complies with UL 224 125C VW-1 600V standards, operating temperature range from -55C to +125C. Shrink temperature: 70C. The tensile strength complies with the ISO 37 standard and reaches a thickness of 6.00 kg/mm2.
• Application: 1 Cut the heat shrink tube 5% longer than the cable to be protected to compensate for shrinkage during the heating process. 2 Insert the cable into the hose. 3 Heat the hose evenly to 70C. You can use a household hair dryer (this will take longer) or an industrial heat gun. 4 Let the hose cool to ensure an effective and durable seal.
