- High-speed steel deburring plastic: BK3010 and BS1010 blades are made of HSS9341 high-speed steel for high hardness and wear resistance as well as long-lasting sharpness at high cutting speeds; BS1018 blades are made of cobalt M35 high-speed steel for high heat resistance and high cutting performance, suitable for deburring demanding materials.
- Aluminium handle hand deburrer: the 122 mm handle made of black aluminium is ergonomically shaped, comfortable to use. The aluminium handle has been oxidised and sandblasted to increase corrosion resistance and extend the life of the product.
- Easy to install: the smooth, 360 rotating blade of the metal deburring tool always stands at the perfect angle to the workpiece edge. And the blade can be replaced by simply pressing the button on the handle, easy to install.
