The GALLUNOPTIMAL by Felder ISO-Core Sn100Ni+ soldering wire is specially developed for highly oxidized solder joints and offers a reliable connection with high mechanical stability. The micro alloy of copper (Cu0.7), nickel (Ni0.05) and germanium reduces oxidation at the soldering tip and improves fluidity. With a melting point of approx. 227 °C, it complies with DIN EN ISO 9453:2014 and is ideal for precise hand soldering work. Thanks to the 2.2% flux filling RA-Clear according to REM1 standard (Rosin, Medium Activity, Halogenated), the solder wire provides effective oxide removal, making it ideal for hard-to-solder or oxidized surfaces. The halogen content of <1.2% improves the wetting of the solder joint, but requires cleaning after soldering to avoid corrosion.
