With its alloy Sn99, 3CuNiGe, it is one of the lead-free soldering wires and has a flux content of 2.2%. The flux used belongs to the synthetic resins (free of rosin) and is one of the No Clean (cleaning is not necessary) variants. The residue can remain on the solder joint as these are clear and do not cause corrosion. With its good wetting, this wire is particularly suitable for manufacturing and repair in the electronics sector such as For THD or SMD components. You will receive a 100g spool of 0.5mm diameter.
