The ersa TIP Reactivator 0TR01 is lead-free and consists of a mixture of solder activators, resins, lead-free solder powder and binders. It gently removes even strong oxide layers with minimal smoke. Features Alloy: Sn96.5Ag3.5. Density (20°C): 2.77g/cm³. Melting point: 221°C. Flux: REL0. Colour: grey. Application: The oxidised soldering tip should have a temperature of 250°C to approx. 400 °C, so that the cleaning process can run optimally. For best cleaning results, the hot soldering tip should be lightly painted over the surface of the ersa TIP reactivator. After cleaning and tinning, possibly Remove loose sticky residue with a hand-damp sponge or metal wool.
