Designed for continuous operation at extended temperatures up to +100°C and more stable in temperature and supply voltage changes. Thanks to the unipolar switching characteristic, these devices are ideal for use with a simple rod or bar magnet. Supply voltage: 3V to 6.5V Reverse polarity battery voltage: -35 V.
