Our mount has the metal clip that inserts into the radar detector, just like the one you received with your radar detector. Unlike the one you received with your radar detector, this mount has a single extra large suction cup that's vacuum attached to your windshield or with the included dashboard disk, you can place this mount right on your dashboard. Also unlike the original suction cup mount, this one has an adjustment point so that you can change the angle of the device. Our Mount is compatible with the following Radar Models : COMPATIBLE WITH Only with Escort MAX, MAX2 MAX II 2, Older 2015-2019 MAX360 Radar Detector w/slide in plate slot. Please note this mount is not compatible with MAX360C
