Zerquell 6-piece screw extractor set. Function: the screw remover set is mainly used for removing damaged bolts, screws, hexagon socket screws and other accessories. Effortlessly removes screw and bolt head types from flat head, phillips head, hex, torx, square, round and other stripped screws or bolts. Specification: Material: HSS 4341. Quantity: 6 pieces. Size: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 (contains 2 pieces 2). 0 remover extractor diameter: 2-4 mm. 1 remover extractor diameter: 3-5 mm. 2 remover extractor diameter: 4-8 mm. 3 remover extractor diameter: 5-10 mm. 4 remover extractor diameter: 6-12 mm. Box contents: ā 1 x 6 screw extractor set with storage box. Instruction manuals: Two ends - one for drilling and one for turning out. Step 1: Set the drill to reverse and always use a low speed. Step 2: Start with the drilling/polishing head and drill down to create the hole. Step 3: Turn the drill bit to the extraction head. With constant pressure down and slow speed on the screw, the suction head bites into the screw and pulls out the damaged screw. Note: 1. The bits may be sticky because we have used the rust protection oil to avoid rust. 2. If removing the thread does not bite into the screw head, switch back to the polisher and clean more of the screw head or switch to the next larger drill size and start again with step 2. 3. Please wear a glasses case and protective clothing when working with or near power tools.
